ATOME 2
4-5 axis flexible machining centre for watchmaking milling, turning and decoration
4-5 axis flexible machining centre for watchmaking milling, turning and decoration
The ATOME 2 combines a flexible machining centre and a robotic cell on the same frame, in order to automate the production of watch parts in medium series.
Configurable in 4/5 axes, with a turning spindle or a second dedicated station for complementary operations, it allows for the chaining of different machining processes while maintaining a high degree of production autonomy.
The ATOME 2 was designed to offer a high level of flexibility in a compact format, combining machining, automation and complementary operations. Its integrated robotic cell allows for increased production autonomy while limiting manual handling.
The machine adapts to different types of parts thanks to its clamping solutions, 4/5-axis configurations, turning spindle, and dedicated options for decoration operations. Its architecture also facilitates series changes, an essential point for watchmaking production with high diversity.
