Your missions: Development, Synergy & Digitalisation

Reporting directly to General Management and a key member of the Management Committee, you have a clear mandate to shake up the status quo.

  • Proactive Pivot & Conquest Continue to transform our reactive approach into a proactive prospecting strategy. Develop our market share in new sectors requiring our Swiss standards of precision.
  • Synergy «One Group» To unify the commercial offering (Emissa machines and Pibomulti tools). 
    You also integrate and transform After-Sales Service and subcontracting offers into a genuine driver of loyalty and profitability.
  • Technical Sales Partner Working in close synergy with the 5 members of the Management team to make technical expertise your best selling point.
  • Sponsor of Digitalisation Pilot the digital transformation of the sales force. Eliminate siloed work, deploy the CRM and establish a culture of interconnected data with our ERP.

Your profile: Leader, Pragmatic & Visionary

  • Formation Engineer in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or other higher technical education, supplemented by a commercial course (or vice versa: higher commercial education with a very strong affinity and proven experience in technical and machine tool fields).
  • Experience 10+ years in B2B sales of complex industrial capital goods, with a strong network in at least one of our target growth sectors.
  • Demeanour You have a natural leadership ability to unite teams around digital initiatives and overcome resistance to change. You are solutions-oriented and focused on «Quick Wins».
  • Language skills Perfect command of French and English. German is a major asset. Perfect understanding of the challenges of the Swiss export industry.
