EMISSA will present the PreciMill 5X, its compact 5-axis machining centre designed for high-precision applications in the fields of watchmaking, micromechanetics, connector technology and medical technology (MedTech).
The PreciMill 5X combines compactness, mechanical rigidity, precision, and dynamic performance. Its main features include:
- A compact footprint of only 2.24 m²
- Simultaneous machining on 5 axes
- A shop selling 100 tools with optional dual-gripper quick tool changer and RFID management
- A brooch HSK-E25 up to 50,000 rpm, with coolant through the centre of the spindle up to 120 bar
- Direct drives using linear motors and torque motors, optical encoders and axis temperature control
- A C-axis turning function up to 4,200 rpm
- Compatibility with machining at supercritical CO₂
- Integrated cutting fluid and chip management, ergonomic design and reduced maintenance
PIBOMULTI will present a selection of custom machining heads, developed to meet the specific requirements of the most complex applications.
